I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can be a meaningful first step, and I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

My name is Tony Apolczer and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My path into this work has been shaped by a deep curiosity about the human mind and a genuine desire to understand people’s emotional experiences. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a client-centered foundation. When appropriate, I incorporate play and sand tray therapy, while emphasizing mindfulness and self-awareness as key parts of the healing process.

I have experience working with children (age 7 and up), adolescents, and adults in individual settings. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients through trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship challenges, life adjustments, and more, helping them reconnect with their own resilience and authenticity.

Outside of therapy, I’m an avid musician and value creative outlets as a way of connecting with ourselves and expressing what words sometimes can’t. This perspective inspired the name In Tune Counseling, reflecting the belief that healing involves finding balance and becoming more in tune with yourself.

I strive to create a space that feels warm, authentic, and safe, where you can be vulnerable, explore openly, and grow.
